How do I cancel if I change my mind?

Send us a message or a phone call with 7 days notice. That is it. No forms, no fees, no awkward conversation.

What if I miss a week?

Your session rolls forward for up to 14 days. Just book it in when you are back.

Can I switch machines each visit?

Yes. On every membership, you choose your machines each session. Mix, match, or stick with your favourite.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?

Anytime. Just tell us and we will change it before your next payment.

What if I travel or go on holiday?

We can pause your membership for up to 4 weeks. Just give us a heads-up.

Is this suitable if I have a specific injury or medical condition?

Our team can advise on which treatments are safe for you. For anything medical, please check with your GP first.

Can I share my membership with a family member?

Memberships are personal, but you get a free guest pass on signup and 10% off any casual sessions your loved ones book.

When does billing start?

The day you sign up. Your first session is available immediately.

Is there a joining fee?

None. Just the weekly membership rate. Zero setup, zero hidden charges.

What happens after my first month?
